iLEAD is a business-driven community in Tietoevry India, that fosters the development of an inclusive workplace. The goal is to inspire, facilitate, and promote inclusiveness in all aspects, resulting in increased Diversity and Inclusion, also to promote women leaders within the organization.
Program details :
Program schedule: 9 weeks training period and assesstment
Training methodology : Experiential Learning, NLP, TA, Theater, and Interactive modules.
Training Outcomes : Leading teams effectively towards cutomer centricity,handling work and clientele (internal and external) effectively - scaling up with leadership skills, aligning with the organizational work culture.
