Program details :
Program schedule: 9 weeks training period and assesstment
Training methodology : Experiential Learning, NLP, TA, Theater, and Interactive modules.
Training Outcomes : Leading teams effectively towards cutomer centricity,handling work and clientele (internal and external) effectively - scaling up with leadership skills, aligning with the organizational work culture.
