LEAD – Leadership Excellence Accreditation and Development
A program specially crafted for senior leaders.This 12 months program, is aimed at developing stronger leaders to drive business success, as well as who can build future capable new leaders.
This programme focusses around eight competencies, including Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Transformational Leadership and Innovation, Power of Trust, Empathetic Leaders, Art of Feedback, Diversity & Inclusion, Crucial Conversations. This training program will be conducted by reputed industry expert and duly managed by the L&D team at EVRY India. Duration of the program is from August 2022 – July 2023.
