Krithika Subramani is the Executive Sponsor of Banking and Financial Services Business Unit and Digital Innovation practise in India. Krithika is a seasoned leader in the Digital realm with over 23 years of experience in building large scale cloud based solutions for Fortune 500 companies. She has led global teams in their efforts to boldly reimagine experience for multiple clients across industries and markets.
In her current role , she is responsible for scaling the current Digital Innovation Practise and build deep technology expertise on AI , ML helping our clients transform in to a data-driven organization. An engineer and coder at heart, Krithika is always on the look out to embrace and learn new technologies and trends. This has helped her play a diverse set of roles across Sales, Strategy, Business Development and Large Account Management. Previously, Krithika has had a long stint with Accenture and TCS in roles like Digital Commerce Head, Product Management, Experience Architect with focus on growth and profitability. She brings in over a decade of working experience in the US, UK and Middle East markets.
Krithika lives in Bangalore with her husband and two daughters. Outside work , she embraces her role as a sports mom , an avid reader of books of various genres and finds solace in listening to Carnatic music.
Krithika has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from IIT Bombay, India and an Executive MBA program with MIT Sloan school of Management.
